No treatment is as popular in English-speaking beauty salons as Lash & Brow Lifting. This popularity is well-deserved, as few treatments provide such a natural finish: the natural hairs are shaped without the use of extensions, making it more affordable for your clients compared to other treatments. Today, we want to focus on lash lifting—and the most frequently asked question about it:
Which lifting pad should I use and when?
Our range has expanded particularly in the “Lifting” area. At Miss Lashes, we want to make sure that you have the right lifting pad for every customer.
However, even the highest quality tools are of little use if you don't know exactly what to use and when. That's why we've put together an overview for you so you can find out which lifting pad you should use and when. Follow the corresponding steps and find your ideal lash lifting silicone pads!
Let’s go!
1.The analysis
Your customers' eyes are very individual. Your first selection criterion should be to assess the shape, size and position of the eyes. This will help you find out which shape of lashes would flatter your clients the most. Pay attention to how long the lashes are and in which direction they grow to determine which look is feasible.
2. the special features
There are some special features that you should be aware of after the basic analysis. These include drooping eyelids, for example.
Note: With a droopy eyelid, it is important to lift the lashes first in front and then upwards. Overcurled eyelashes cause your clients with droopy eyelids pain, which must be prevented at all costs. That's why you should opt for a C, CC or L curl. Avoid D and DD curls.
3. your preferences
Last but not least, silicone pads are to a large extent simply a matter of taste. Some people love the neon pads, others get on really well with the Curve Perfection. To find out which pads work best for you, we recommend that you simply try them out. Some silicone pads may also work better for you than others in combination with your accessories such as Lifting Balm, Lifting Glue, Lifting Tool or Y-Applicator. The same applies here: try it out and find your favorite combo!
