Application:
After applying Lotion 1, place the Cover Pads over the lashes so that the tips are covered. Then apply Lotion 2 and allow it to sit for 10 minutes as usual. After the processing time, gently remove the Cover Pads and wipe off Lotion 2 with a damp brush or cotton pad.
